M20-M16 adaptor

After a M20 female to M16 male adaptor (opposite to a reducing bush) , does anyone know which merchant may keep them in.

The only way I can think of doing it would be a reducing bush screwed into an M20 coupler and then an M16 nipple screwed into the reducer.

That would do just fine, was hoping for merchant stock rather than online ordering though.
