MacAllister Table Saw Advice

Hi Guys

I purchased a table saw from Gumtree. I used it for the first time and it was working fine, but when my brother went to use it he for a split second had the wood touch the blade before putting it on and now the power wont come on.

I cant see any power rest buttons that are obvious.

The person i purchased it from was an older gentlemen and did not use it that much.

Any advice?
