magane heater

Hi,

I have a megane and the heater does not work atall. can anyone tell me how to get to the heater fan motor please?

Also i am wondering if it would be the resister as the heater as never worked since i got the car this is why i dont know if it would be the resister.

Does anyone know what sort of tests i could do to both to see which one is not working??

What do you mean if its an old car get a new car?? The thing is it needs fixed thats not the question i put up!!!

It was the fan motor and the resister!! pretty easy job as I do now alot how to fix cars just thought i would post up to see if anyone did one before as the older ones you have to take dash out.

As for the fan the bushes where gone so tried to clean it up but no joy. the resister well some one cut the wires and tired linking it to the fan and just made a complete muck up. the resister does plug into fan but not the way they did it who had the car before the in laws..

All done now tho..
