I have a problem with the above M.D Type 2 plus 2.2 g.b.I have just purchaced it {used} When i use it in my camera a Fuji M603 it records and reviews no fault,However when i put it in my Trust 16 in 1 card reader my p.c shuts down and on re-boot tells me my p.c has just recovered from a fatal error etc.Windows X.P powerfull evesham.
Any ideas ?

Nice one Eggplant i plugged my UN-TRUST-WORTHY reader into another port and it worked,is this because it was plugged into a hub ?

Without going into great detail and boring everyone, some (usually cheaper - and slightly out of spec...) usb devices can cause the pc to hand or shut down, likewise some boars (not any current ones that I know of though) have slightly out of spec usb ports and can also cause reboots/locking/malfunctioning of the usb device.
