Hi
I've had one of these in my garden for many years and it is yet to flower!
It's now getting rather large and needs a good bout of pruning.
Can anyone advise me as to whether I should prune it now and also as to how hard I can prune it.
It's about 12' tall and around 7' in diameter.
I'm considering removing it altogether, but would sooner reduce it to about 3' and hope it will eventually flower.

Many thanks in advance,

Slime.

I would prune it now see what happens. It might be shocked into flowering next year. Make sure that the soil is moist especially in spring and summer.
