Hi, i've been having a clear out and found three lengths of mahogany which I brougyt back from Belize in 1983. Two measure 2.13m by 19cm by 4.6cm and one measures 76cm etc. They are rough sawn. They were properly stored originally but after various house moves have suffered from time in a cellar (1 piece) and time outside as a bench (1 piece). There are cracks of 2 to 3 inches on the ends of the long pieces and some staining.
My question is
Is it worth me trying to sell these and if so, to whom? I live in Leicester if anyone is interested to come and see them.
Back in 1990 when I was a budding DIYer I made a lovely fold over card table with turned legs from several of these planks. Now I just want to clear out stuff I'm not ever going to use.
