main boiler failing to ignite

Hi,
I have a main eco elite 25 which has developed a fault, when the heating or hot water goes on it starts to make a kettling noise and keeps failing to ignite. The burner keeps going on and off every other second and every time that happens it makes a sound like it’s going explode. No error codes are showing. I tried calling Baxi but they are closed so I am going to give them a ring in the morning as it’s still under warranty. It’s only a few months old, any ideas what it could be? The pressure is at 1.5 so that seems fine. Thanks

It’s now started to show an error code e133 which I believe it to do with the gas supply.

Gas advice is not permitted on this forum.

If it's still under warranty, then call the installer or Baxi.

All you can do is try resetting the boiler.
Turn selector to reset for at least 5 seconds to relight.

Thanks for the advice.

Ended up being a blocked acidic neutraliser cartridge in the condensate pipe! New one ordered.

Do they actually work or are they just a gimmick?

I have never fitted 1,or seen a one.I see hundreds of boilers.
