Hi guys,

I have a Worcester 24i boiler which sometimes fails to ignite.

I have checked the following
- Water pressure is between 1.5 & 2.0 when cold.
- On the top, reset switch is not tripped.

When It works, it works fine.
I think, there is a leakage in the system as I have to top-up the pressure every few weeks. But my concern is even if the pressure is between 1.5 & 2.0 it still sometimes fails to ignite. Anyone have any thoughts?

Many thanks for reading and thoughts

Hello Luton guy,

Have you had this serviced properly? If not I advise you to get it serviced correctly by a gas safe registered engineer, or just get it repaired, however there could be several issues.
