Main Eco 30 randomly heating radiators

Hi - very confused,

Got a main Eco 30 about 5 yr old, over the last week the radiators have been warm when the timer is off?

Swapped the timer and it sill is heating the radiators when it wants not when it should

Hot water is fine

Checked it earlier and the rads were hot, timer was off no taps were running but the hot water / tap light was flashing and the pump etc inside was running?
