Main Trent Multipoint - not lighting unless bath tap used

Hi all,

Some assistance would be appreciated. My Main Trent multipoint 52.476.30 fails to light unless the flow through it is really high eg bath tap opened. It will not light if basin taps used. This has happened over a couple of days - slowly getting worse. I have tried operating the thermostat valve from low - high - low to no avail. There is good water pressure - too much I think sometimes. Are spares still available for these water heaters?
