hi guys, ive been visiting relatives who have a problem with their cold water supply.
on flushing the toilet pipes make burin noise at tap outlets both upstairs and down, the stainless steel sink vibrates and everthing on it shakes and dances.
any ideas how to solve the problem??

Change the diaphram/washer on the toilet ball valve,it's causing water hammer
