Mains cold banging pipes

Hello

I've recently changed to a combi boiler from a conventional system but have slight issues with what I think is water hammer.

The installer has fitted a small altecnic arrester right next to the boiler where mains cold enters but still getting some noise.

This occurs when cold taps are opened( mixer in kitch and bathroom basin and bath taps,) and also when toilet is flushed.

Any ideas what can be causing this/ solutions?

I would try closing the stop tap a bit and see if that helps.
