Mains electricity cable through pad foundation

Hi

Have now had the rear trench dug out for pad foundations and we come across what looks like the mains electricity cable running through it (not having much luck as the front pad trench has a gas pipe through it)

I understand this could be enclosed in split ducting before concrete pour, but with this being a pad foundation is it likely to need redesign by a structural engineer?

The cable is not central in the trench if that makes a difference & pad is 1mx1m square & depth of 900mm
