I'm in need of an upgrade as the water flow to the house is low. I have a copper pipe going to the stopcock. Does that mean I have a 15mm pipe from the main water meter outside my house? Or is it lead from the meter converted into copper entering the house.

if both of those valves are fully open then your best option would be an accumulator (if you have space)

how are we meant to know what you have underground in your house, you could bring a new mains from your water meter using 25 mm mdpe then bring this inside your house then convert it to 22mm copper close so your stop cock or branch if in 22mm copper tour your draw of points, ypu might have to reduce to 15 mm copper at certain draw points

From the photos there is no clue what your supply pipe is.

To be sure you might have to do some digging!

Neighbours MIGHT know!
