Hi Guys,

Ive recently ran a new water main pipe into our house, it comes up through the concrete floor in a room where i am currently fitting a kitchen. Somehow ive managed to bring it out the ground right on the joint of a unit, so it dosent fit.

Its about 6-8 inches of MDPE then into the stop tap and then copper pipe.

If i fit an elbow where it first enters the house i can run it under the units and i dont have to hack my new kitchen units to bits!

Is this allowed? Im not sure if your supposed to put elbows on an MDPE line. Ive bought a compression type from screwfix but dont want to fit without checking!

Ta!
