Having measured the pressure, you need to measure the flow-rate in litres and time in seconds to calculate L/min or L/hr. (A bucket and stopwatch required). If the boiler claims a hot flow rate of 18L/min, then your water flow at the kitchen tap must exceed this.
Some water mains are inadequate during periods of peak demand.
