Making a bent kichen wall STRAIGHT - Advise please

The right hand side of my kitchen is in a angle and i would like it to be straight with a new kitchen fitting. The angle wall has all the main kitchen outlets i.e boiler, gas and plugs.

I expect i would have to make a new floor too

Whats the process or will be required to make this wall straight? and any guesses on costs

More info required: whats the wall made of, is it external, party or internal, how tall/long etc whats the floor made of?
