Making a mirror using MDF

Afternoon All

Im currently making a mirror using an mdf frame and backing.
Ive sealed the mdf with pva.
The mirrored glass is to be bonded to the mdf with CRL evergrip eg310 mirror fix adhesive, which the glass maker supplied and as far as I can tell, is a neutral cure silicone.
My question is will the mirror adhesive take to the pva coated mdf board well?
Its quite a big mirror, 2300 x 800mm.
