Anyone tried the new Makita 18v Li-Ion Planer? Interested in buying one body only as I have loads of batteries.
I do have a 110v planer for heavy duty stuff but just wondered what it would be like.....it would be nice not to have to dig out the transformer whenever I need to plane down few mm. Looks on the face of it like it has enough power for planing doors, panels, etc.....just wondering if anyone has any real world experience.
Has it enough power, does it cain the batteries?
