Landlady called **** on a fixed price repair because the grill fan was running 24/7.
Tech came and openned the cooker and found a ( dead ) mouse inside!
He then refused to complete the repair on the grounds of Health and Safety in relation to the dead mouse!
Landlady had paid about £130 as a fixed price repair and is not very happy!
Of course I went and sorted it out for her!
Do you think the makers should have refused to complete the repair?
