Mapei Adhesive For Plywood On Joists

I ve spent all day on this without luck cross referencing the technical spec sheets

I have three areas of adhesive use

1) Hardie backer to brick wall - Suggestion is to SBR and then use Keraflex Maxi S1 - That seems correct as far as reference sheet is concerned - can i dot and dab instead with drywall adhesive ?
2) Tiles to hardie backer / gypsum boards - Still cant decide the system to use - Any ideas much appreciated!
3) Tiles to 18mm plywood fixed to joists - Keraquick s1 and Latex plus - Reference sheet confirms

It looks like

1) Hardie can be bonded to brick using grab adhesive and then 600 screws into masonary
2) Keraquick maxi s1 and primer g for bonding tiles to plasterboard
3) Keraquick s1 and latex plus for plywood floor
