Oxy-acetylene cutting torch should do the job.
Those hozelock fittings are what I use.

I used to use MAPP, and got fed up burning the skirting boards when I got distracted, so have gone over to propane to get a cooler flame that seems to work just as well.
Most people have stopped, and are now just trolling the troll
