ya can seal them proir to fixing...just dont fix them, till the sealer is "sealed"...
1st coat..seal with sponge/roller/jay cloth etc..(take any excess off with grout squeegy)..then do the water test after about 2hrs...pour some water droplets on to them if tiles absorbs then another coating of sealer..
then leave for at least 2hrs then fix(longer if you want)....
Hi, sorry I couldn't remember the brand name of the sealant at the moment, but if this will help I bought it from B&Q store when I bought the marble tiles, they said it suitable for the mable tiles, only i couldn't remember the name of it. I will find out tomorrow though!
One more question, can the tiles be left more than a few days after sealance is treated prior to installation? Thanks you in advance!
