MAXIMUM LOAD ON A LIGHTING CIRCUIT

Hello

My consumer unit has two lighting circuits, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.

I was just wondering what is the maximum load in watts acceptable on a domestic property lighting circuit, MCB 6amp.

would you believe 6 amps (or aproximately 1380 watts)
