It all started with wanting to knock through between the Kitchen and dining room and having a slightly leaky conservatory...

Lots of Trenchflow, 13 cubic meters I think.

All unused pipes blocked, didn't want to see how far the Trenchflow would actually flow.

The plan has changed slightly along the way. A smaller sliding door, 7.5m instead of 9m is to be used purely because of cost.

    upload_2017-8-14_23-54-19.png

And that's where we currently are. Cheers.

You've been busy! Looks so easy but I imagine it wasn't straightforward. I'd be frightened of getting the drains wrong and then pouring all that concrete. I may (plans in at the moment and awaiting decision) be doing a self-managed build of a 3 bed house on some land we own. Wife says I can't even self-decorate so I can imagine a few harsh words coming up if we get the go ahead! Shall follow this thread with interest.

If your self managing wave goodbye to nights searching porn, say hello to nights searching joist hangers and pipe fittings! Foundations are 600mm wide and same depth as the existing, 1700mm :(

We're gonna need a bigger boat! One on the left is 220Kg, one on the right is 290Kg. Apparently the one coming next week for above the rear door is about 420Kg.......
