mayplas 514 paper backed accoustic insulation

Was clearing my loft out today in prep for the loft conversion and found 2 unused rolls of this stuff, Mayplas 514 paper backed insulation.

Would this be any use in my loft conversion, either between new floor joists or on new ceiling in loft? It says its only 13mm thick and is also paper backed, not sure of of its fire retardent properties. Any help much appreciated
