maytag side by side refrigerator

hi
my American side by fridge/freezer is dripping water from the water dispenser! I don't use the ice facility (have turned this off) any help advise will be much appreciated. thanking in advance

There is a seal in the dispenser that's worn.

thanks for your reply however need further help to identify this seal(am assuming that I will be able to get to it from the door by removing the dispensing unit) my model number is GS2928EEDW/11 and kindly let me know where will I get the seal from! thanking you.
ps. fyi I shut the water supply valve to the refrigerator and the drip has stopped.

You need to take the dispenser out and it should be at the bottom. I've got no diagrams on maytag. It's a case of look and see. Have u looked on maytag website.

rocks1 thank you for all your help! after few hours managed to get service parts list unfortunately the maytag uk website not much help! the list doesnot have anything called "SEAL" . so the only option would be to try and remove dispenser!
