Me Taps leaking, a bit of help please

Just installed a new monobloc tap in my kitchen i have had the thing for ages so me guarentee is a no no . Anyway it leaks out of the top . As pic shows the top has one washer on top and one on bottom i wondered if it should have two at the top as it has two grooves . Thing is it leaks bad one one tap and only a small amount on the other What can i do to stop it
