Hi,

I'm speccing out a new bathroom for the loft conversion.

Found a toilet the missus likes, Ideal Standard Back to Wall Aquablade Pan (E050901) and now I need to get a concealed cistern for it.

The cisterns comes in either mechanical or pneumatic flavours. As long as the flush button is compatible they should both work fine.

I know that pneumatic cisterns allow the flush button to be further away but I think we'll be putting it in the wall immediately above the pan so basically I want to know if one is inherently more reliable or better than the other before I order.

Many thanks

Pneumatic with the button on the top, stops the seat in the up position obscuring the button when you flush (depending on the design).

Blup
