Megaflo tundish overflow

I have a megaflow hot water cylinder which has been working fine for ten years. I am used to regenerating the air pocket every three months or so.
The tundish is continually overflowing when the hot water comes on. I have tried regenerating the air pocket several times but I am not getting the "usual" gurgling noise when I do this - just a rush of air.
Any suggestions as to the cause please?

Your best option is to call out a competent plumber that has a G3 certificate to work on unvented cylinders.
Dont try to make any repairs yourself. Better still ring Megaflow as they will be able to assist you more quickly; your find the contact details on the side of the cylinder.

I would suspect that the prv is opening possibly its faulty or the system is overheating.
