Hi,
I have read other forum messages and am no stranger to draining this beast, but since the beast was serviced a strange issue has occurred.
Old method, lowest hot water tap on, cold water inlet off, P&R open, and the tap keeps running until beast empty.
But since the service, I open the lowest hot water tap, and turn off the cold water, the tap stops running, almost immediately, but water still releases through the P&R overflow?
Is this right or has something failed?
My parents have had the unit 4 years and I have drained at least 2 or 3 times a year, but this is very bizarre, any ideas?
Thanks,
Alan.
