Hi
Problem: water is leaking from discharge pipe, we have tried re generating the air volume within the megaflow unit as per instruction manual (this is not help) have changed the cold water combination valve complete and also the temperature and pressure relief valve.
We have also reduced the water pressure on the mains cold feed supply.
Can anyone please help?

So, which of the two pressure relief pipes is discharging? PRV or, T&prv?

What temp is the water being heated to..... (Yup, I do hold the G3 certification for installation/maintenance of these).

you might have the mains pressure water passing back into the megaflo, usually caused by a non return valve sticking or a kitchen tap passing cold water which is pressurising the cylinder.

Hi, thanks for the responses it's the PRV that is leaking on the cold water combination unit.

Sorry I forgot to say the temperature is set to 4.
