What's the membrane for?
the concrete is not leveled correctly. When I lay the timber joists, I will use plastic spacers to get the correct fall for water.
I was thinking that some water will get through the clearance gap between decking boards and end up on the concrete. Could the membrane catch this water and slope it in the direction if the joists?
