Moved in and the previous Tennant left this membrane. People have said its worth a lot of money so I'm wondering how much ?, as I haven't a clue. The money will help sort the mess they left behind. Many thanks in advance

If it’s damp proof membrane a full roll of 25m x 4m is about £60 or so
