Menvier TS 510 stuck in Tamper mode

Hi,

A few years back I got help from the forum when my Menvier TS 510 went into tamper mode as I'd blown the aux fuse.

Now, a similar kind of thing has happened. Last weekend the alarm went off randomly and the control panel was inoperable. The only way I could I get the bleeding thing off was to take out both of the fuses. Then I put them back in and enter my passcode followed by '0'. Now, the tamper light is not going off.

Any ideas on how I can fix this without forking out £60 plus on what seems to be a very minor problem.

Start off by changing the battery.

Thanks for that. Just to confirm, is this the main battery in the control panel where I changed the fuses?

Yes. If it's knackered (internal short) it will show as a tamper fault.
