Hi - My Menvier TS400 control panel recently failed. Power to transformer is 240v AC, but power out is between 13 & 14v AC. Does anyone know what the voltage output should be from the transformer to power the motherboard? Thanks in anticipation!

I would expect about 18v ac.
Are you taking voltage reading of transformer with battery connected ?

Hi - Thanks for quick reply, readings taken without battery being installed. You have confirmed my suspicions, I don't want to change the control panel, too many changes needed, I shall look into getting the Transformer re-wound, thanks again.
