Menvier TS690 Aux/Bell Tamper

Hi, I was trying to congfigure my SD1+ Dialler and I thought I was reset it by opening the panel and this triggered the alarm.

I managed to disable the alarm by putting in my code, I put the panel back together again how it was before. I am still getting the message 'Aux/Bell Tamper. I have tried to reset the system by selecting option 3 but it will not allow me.

Any ideas on how to clear this code please? I cannot set the alarm without removing this message.

Resolved, I got the Engineer's code, put the alarm in to sleep and reseated the dialer. Cleared the code and now all working.
