Hi all,

Today I managed to trip my home electrics, the alarm started sounding so I put the alarm code in and the alarm turned off. It then started to flash error code PT01 and call engineer.
I know the engineer code but I dont know how to get rid of this message.
It wont let me set the alarm now.

Does anyone know where I go in the Engineers menu to get it back to normal again?

That is a Keypad tamper indication, did you keep typing in your code?

Go back to it and use the correct code for on, then off, should clear it.

Entering your number/s over & over will cause this.

I have just tried typing in the alram code but it bleeps at me and says call engineer.

ENG code, ENT, ESC.

Then find out what actually happened in the logs, something isnt quite right here.

I put the engineer code in pressed ent then esc but it just goes back to Pt.01

after the alarm was triggered it did have another fault code but i opened the SD1+ box and then it came up with Pt.01. I am not sure what the first fault code was.

Is there anyway you can enter the engineer settings and just reset it back to normal settings and cancell out the fault code?
