Hi guys
I have a new metal shed voted number 1 by whatsheds.com. It is only 5ft wide by 2' 7" depth and about 5' 11" tall. Galvanised and powder coated green £224.
They advise to have a concrete base and their isn't no floor. As the shed will be assembled and located in a corner next to as fence on compacted hardcore (until I have dug up rest of the area for a patio I was thinking of fixing the shed onto a marine plywood and then secured to 2 hardwood railway sleepers maybe anchored down into the sub base. I find this easier as I have never made a concrete base before. Plus it would give more ventilation and look prettier lol
Would be great if somebody has done this before? What do you guys think? Feedback appreciated.
