Hard to say. Its the copper that matters. Different makers have different sizes of insulation.
eg TLC's site says that their 16mm tails are Nominal O.D - 9.1mm and the 25mm ar O.D. 11mm.
So your 10mm is inbetween. What did u measure it with??. Digital micrometer across the copper bit (power off
) is the best way to tell.
