1.open both radiator valves .remove any plastic cover from the valves as they can give false results. instead use spanner
2.gently tap thermostatic rad valve with a hammer, if fitted
3.might need balancing = in turn close the rad valves by a quarter turn
( radiators that get hot very quick )
4.if above fails then valves or pipes might be blocked.
