I have been slowly getting ready for a new bathroom installation. I have stripped everything back repaired all the loose bricks and have a new plywood floor ready to fit. Now its time for the first fix plumbing. When I removed the floorboards I found these microbore manifolds for the flow and return. The connections you can see on the right were to an old bathroom radiator im re positioning the bathroom radiator so the radiator will be the opposite wall.

These manifolds service two bedroom radiators and the bathroom radiator. For what its worth is it best replacing with speed fit manifolds and getting rid of all the upstairs microbore. Otherwise ill have to try to adapt to run the pipes to the new bathroom radiator location. These manifolds don't fill me with much confidence and if I put my finger on one the microbore outlets there is a very slight bit of leakage.

If you have the time, expertise and the option then no issue and a good idea to replace. These old manifolds are known for weeping after a long time of expanding and contracting and they are also known for being a blocking point for any crud in the system. May also be a good time to clean and flush the CH system if you are draining down.

If I keep the micro bore manifold what are the compression nut sizes that fit into it?
