Miele condensor dryer

My condenser dryer, which is kept on top of my washer has a very slow leak/drip from the base of the door. This has subsequently damage the digital display on the washer.

Anyone any ideas on what the problem is. The door seal looks fine.

Are the filters clean, and the water tray empty

yes all filters have been cleaned. I do this after every use. Condenser has been cleaned too.

There is a build up of sand in the rim of the drum seal which wount come out
