miles pipe

started to do some work on my plumbing system found i have miles pipe? slighty bigger than 15 mm but not 1/2 inch. so i was going to rip it out and replace with 15mm through out ex boiler feed 22mm.
do not fancy lead wiping the feed into house hope you guys with your knowledge would know of a fitting i could use to connect up the old pipe to new with as little effort as possible any ideas most welcome.also best place to get them from as plumb centre looked at me lik i was soft

I have never heard of "miles pipe" ! What is it made of?

If you sent me a sample I could make you a connector!

Its not allowed to do any soldering on lead water supply pipes. All connections have to be compression now.
