Do you need just 1 square metre or an average price per metre. You will need to find a local builders merchants if needing several packs. Wickes sell it, as do Buildbase, Jewsons etc. Try to avoid buying it online as there are some sites selling it way overpriced as specialist soundproofing materials.
If just 1 piece needed then ask around local building sites, or look for houses with skips outside/having extensions/loft conversions done.
