Mini Engine Light

Im looking at Buying a Mini hatch 2007 1.4 one steptronic. It has a engine light with code 002A8B. Its had the o2 sensor replaced, still has the light. I reckon it could be PCV value, Timing change, or an exhuast leak. A video of a start up it sounds like a diseal, could it be timing chain? No rust or anything been kept well 54k miles
