mini monobloc mixer vs standard ones on compact basins

Hi guys,

I am in the process of buying a mini mixer for a 400x220 rectangular sink with cabinet like the on in this link. http://www.wickes.co.uk/Compact-Vanity-Unit-400mm/p/104032

Is it possible to fix a standard basin mixer or it will look too big?
