Hi guys - looking for some pointers / guidance on a Minimax (Harveys) dual tank water softenever (750 model).
Installed a used unit where I once had a similar Harveys unit (which was on lease), however, installing the device, I noticed slight water droplets leaking from the both the cylinder heads (it is very minor but still leaking - makes be think that the seals need replacement).
After about 24hrs, I noticed the unit (brine well) is actually now overflowing and draining to the outside of the property, so, definitely seems to be blockage in the venturi perhaps ... any ideas what I need to do / look at first?
I've bypassed the unit for now, so back to the hard water for the moment
Any recommendations to where I can get replacement parts (seals) for the Minimax?
