Don`t think there is one , for bedrooms anyway 
There used to be - and a M8 built 2 extensions for neighbours living in a pair of semi`s . One with mandatory height bedrooms cost £oads more and looks c-rap . The later one cost the neighbour £e$$ - Don`t ya just love regulations in little britain

Aim for approx 2.4m as a rule....
