Minimum u value for insulating concrete floor

im trying to work out what the minimum thickness of kingspan I can use on an uninsulated concrete floor dimensions 3m by 4m to meet 2014 UK regs is

Floors can be difficult to work out because it depends on the perimeter/area ratio and the relationship of the extension to the existing building.

But generally, around 100 Kingspan suffices and usually saves building control asking for calcs.
